Grant was born and raised on the northern beaches with his family
being part of the local community for 50 years. Being a previous
customer service business owner for 15 years gave Grant excellent
foundations for understanding all facets of prioritising and achieving
ultimate customer satisfaction. He acquired a Real Estate Diploma and
License in 2000 and has since successfully helped and moved many satisfied clients and families.
Adhering to the highest levels of service and communication, Grant has an exceptional understanding of the market and an ethical approach to all of his business dealings. Matched with a drive to achieve outstanding results, this is a powerful combination.
Appreciating that buyers and sellers have particular requirements, Grant believes strongly in the art of listening to learn more about your clients' needs, what the buyers are wanting, what the marketplace is saying and all of the primary ingredients for a successful negotiation and outcome. From there he can structure a customized strategy and campaign to suit the sellers' objectives and match the perfect buyer to secure the sale.
Grant places great value on persistence and a sense of personal achievement, as an active and keen outdoorsman, often enjoying bike riding, scuba diving, kite surfing and occasionally ballroom dancing he has a sound knowledge of how one drives the other. He understands how best to use this knowledge to further his clients' property interests and achieve beyond their desired results.
